This SMS Messaging Policy explains how StretchDollar LLC (together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, including StretchDollar Administrators, LLC and StretchDollar Brokerage, LLC (“StretchDollar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses text messages to communicate with you. By opting in to receive text messages from StretchDollar, you agree to the terms set out below.

StretchDollar may send you SMS/text messages related to:

  • Health benefits management notifications
  • Reminders about deadlines or required actions
  • Customer support and service alerts, including responses to your inquiries
  • Optional promotional or educational content about StretchDollar products and services (with separate consent, where required)

  • Consent is not required to use the StretchDollar platform or services.
  • If you do not wish to receive text messages, do not opt in or reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Message frequency will vary based on your activity with StretchDollar.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. StretchDollar is not responsible for any charges incurred.

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any StretchDollar message.
  • For help, reply HELP or contact us at compliance@stretchdollar.com or 1 866 307 5193.
  • Opt-out requests will be honored immediately, and you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-enroll.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and related information will be used only to deliver the SMS messages you have agreed to receive and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States to use this SMS program.

8. Changes to Policy

We may update this SMS Messaging Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted 30 days before they go into effect. Your continued participation in our SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
