StretchDollar vs
Giving a raise

StretchDollar vs
Doing nothing

Offering health benefits helps recruit and retain top talent. More than 92% of employees say health insurance is the most important benefit after salary. Can you afford not to do anything?

StretchDollar vs
Traditional group

Traditional plans mean 60+ hours of paperwork, strict participation rates, and minimum contributions for a one-size-fits-all plan. With StretchDollar, you set the budget, and your employees pick their plans.

Questions? We've got answers!

How come I've never heard of a pre-tax benefit (ICHRA)?

ICHRA is a newish type of health benefit made possible by federal legislation in 2020. Adoption has been slow but mostly because most ICHRA plans focus on customization for large teams. StretchDollar designed its plans with small businesses in mind -- simplify everything and make health benefits possible in an instant.

How much should I give my employees?

You get to call the shots and choose the best budget for your business. Our platform also provides guidance on health insurance costs based on local data. Check it out.

What types of health plans will my employees choose from?

Your employees will choose a health plan that suits their needs through their state's marketplace, integrated into their StretchDollar experience. All marketplace plans meet federal standards such as free preventive care, coverage for pre-existing conditions and capped out-of-pocket expenses. (Consider it a quality assurance mark!) Health insurance options depend on location, but most will be offered dozens of plans from 5 or more carriers.

What type of information do you need to get started?

Sign up takes less than 10 minutes. Enter your basic company details, add the monthly pre-tax budget you’d like to give employees, and you’re done! A contract will be generated and you’ll be ready to set up your Benefits Portal. Here’s a quick demo of our platform.

How many employees need to enroll?

There is no minimum participation meaning even if just one employee accepts the benefit, that’s ok! There is no difference in cost.

Benefits that fit small businesses—just $40 a month.

Manage your benefits for less than your coffee budget.
