How do I access my health benefit dollars?
We’ll make sure your benefit dollars land in the bank account you designated in the portal on the first day of every month.
I just received a notification from my employer requesting me to enroll or waive in my benefit (ICHRA). How long do I have to make a decision?
Up to 60 days. When your employer offers you an ICHRA health benefit, it opens up a special enrollment period where you must select a health insurance plan within 60 days. (We’ll help you with the shopping part, if you need it.)
